• We ask that guests observe signage upon arrival and we will communicate our social distancing measures to you upon greeting and seating you at your table
• Hand sanitising will be required upon arrival and we have several stations around the building for customer use
• A member of staff will seat you at an indoor table however outdoor tables are on a self serve, first come first served basis
• All guests will have to provide relevant contact details during their visit in order for us to comply with government regulations. This is regardless of sitting inside or outside
• Our team will be wearing all required PPE and washing their hands regularly
• We are only taking orders via our app with payment via card. Please be patient with us, as this a new way of working
• Under no circumstances should guests order from the bar or remain standing around the bar area
• Our team are trained and managed in infection control. Their arrival times and working patterns have been adjusted. Our team are also checked daily for any symptoms relating to Covid-19
• If you have any symptoms relating to Covid-19, please stay at home and do not enter our premises

There are a few temporary changes to our available menus, opening times, reservation times and durations when we initially reopen.
OTTO will now be taking reservations at set times for 2 hour slots. This will allow a controlled arrival of guests, socially distanced tables and time to sanitise correctly between reservations
